y they used home to test how many ppl would buy virtual clothing and at what prices, so why not charge more for themes that move?
there is a free theme in your theme list its the classic xmb with glitter effects. so pretty much they gave us the stale bread for free and they want us to pay out the caboose for the good stuff. i thought ms was king of nickle and dimming us gamers. we have a queen now it looks like. ne way the update is ok but in all honesty its more bleh then a .01 update. i like the web browser screen capture, but thats it.

ok natal wont work directly with halo 3, but it may work partially with fable three, thru interactions. maybe if you thought about it instead of saying its not going to work how about thinking how it would work. its true i cant see how an fps can be played using natal as an only controller, but for rpgs, point and click adventures, and rts's i see natal doing a lot of fun things.
that all news pertaining to what system to buy 25 reasons to buy or not to buy should be banned. the only news that should be allowed is actual news not garbage. same with rumors. certain rumors are acceptable, but the ones that are sheer fabricated bull is a no no. i think there should put all those articles in a special tab just for the fan boy's and leave the real news in the open. like they do with the gamer zone and open zone.

huhi doubt the premium themes will be free and the premium avatars. i know that home sspaces, and the firmware updates are free im talking about the stuff they announced. instead of side stepping the question take it head on. what im saying is the home items, the themes the comic books, most of the stuff they announced besides the firmware appears to be money oriented, the xbl update seemed to do the same thing they fixed the minor hiccups added 2 or three good features, then added an option ...
how much will the stuff cost? is it just me or does the psn update, and some of the home update seem money oriented, same with the xbox update? i guess with the price drops coming in they need to make up the difference somehow
i thought microsoft used pvp servers, so this game is seperate from it?

you dont pay a dime to go online on the 360 u pay to play most of the games yes, but u can still downlod items, and other things as well, also there are games that u can play for free
and yes ms does do some evil moves, but every cosole does especially the nintendo wii, i have a friend who worked in united radio, its a factory that fixes electronics, and he found out that the wii has a time chip that will burn out after a maximum of 7 yrs game time. that was part of a contract deal with nintendo and united radio
what about Sony charging for maps? isn't Sony charging 6 and change for two maps for Killzone? is that evil?the only reason you almost never see charging for maps or most dlc on computers is because there is always a way to get it for free.i dont like the fact that i get charged tax on the sony network. so i pay more for the same dlc on the psn store then i would on the 360.
what about point and click adventures? everyone keeps saying natal+fps, but thats a big maybe i say point and click rpgs, and for the asian crowd dating sims
well they are trying to keep a strong foot hold in a market thats been dominated by others for a while. they my be pulling some iffy moves but they gotta do what they must to survive.this may net them some good exclusive games.
maybe they r trying to have a core gameplay feature, thats is a microsoft only thing. like if sony made a game that allowed your friends to visit, your home in an oblivion type game, and leave stuff or something. i think microsoft is trying to safe guard there nest in a way
